Building allows pets
The building or estate rules permit pets. This is the most reliable level because it does not depend on a single owner.
Owner allows pets
The owner is happy to accept pets but the building rules may not mention it. Ask for details and put the agreement in writing in your lease.
Pet size
- Small: up to 10 kg
- Medium: up to 25 kg
- Large: any size
Before you rent or buy
- Ask to see the building's pet regulations.
- Write the type, number and size of your pets into the contract.
- Ask about any pet deposit or extra fees.
