Why the smell stays

How it works
Ozone (O₃) is an oxidizing gas. Spread through the room, it reacts with odor-causing molecules in the air and on exposed surfaces, then gradually breaks down back into oxygen.
The gas gets into fabrics, air conditioners and wardrobes that normal cleaning cannot reach.
It breaks down odor molecules instead of masking them with fragrance, so no perfume or chemical smell is left.
Nothing is sprayed or coated, so it suits furnished rooms and electrical appliances.

It depends on the size of the area; usually 1.5–4 hours including ventilation. The technician tells you when you can return after measuring the ozone level.
High ozone concentrations irritate the airways of people and animals, so pets must be out of the area during treatment. Once the room is ventilated and the ozone level has dropped, pets can come back as normal.
Take pets, indoor plants and aquariums out of the room, put away uncovered food, close the windows and tell the building management or security that a technician is coming.
Most odors drop noticeably after treatment. If the source remains, such as urine soaked deep into a carpet or mattress, the smell can return. The technician will advise on dealing with the source, and strong odors may need a second treatment.
No. You can leave the key with the building management or describe how to get in when booking. The technician sends photos and results when the job is done.
After confirming your appointment our team sends a deposit invoice. Pay by bank transfer or PromptPay and attach the slip; the rest is paid when the job is done.
You can request a new time or cancel on the tracking page up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you have paid a deposit, our team contacts you to move the appointment or refund according to our terms.
